Yoga is a safe and healthy way to bond with your child. Below you’ll find three playful animal poses to introduce your little one to yoga.

As parents we have a tendency to internalize our stress in order to keep calm on the surface. Over time, we moms especially, can find ourselves stuck with muscle tension in our backs, shoulders, and hips. Yoga is a great way to RELEASE that inner tension. Let it go, and be the best version of you.

Check out this simple approach that allows you a full adult yoga session, but ensures your kiddo is happy too.

Let’s get started!

Be sure to start your yoga session with “the secret password.” Have your child sit with their legs crisscross, put your hands together, smile and say, “Namaste.”
