This creative craft is provided for Melissa & Doug by Michelle McInerney, founder and craft creator behind MollyMoo.
Cardboard dolls created to inspire free play – imagination starters from the most basic of craft materials….. cardboard and paint.
Make your own DIY Dolls in two simple steps – cut out and paint
- Cut out as many boys and girls as you want (parents- do this part before asking your children to decorate)
- Give the dolls one coat of white poster paint to give a good base for colors to stand out on
- When the paint is dry a black marker is best to add the facial features (no face is complete without eyelashes in our house!)
- expect to see the newest additions to the family knees deep in whatever senarios are unfolding in your child’s imagination, in and around the house.
DIY Dolls – for hours of creative play (and camping
