These colorful and festive lunch bags are sure to keep the kids busy, and they are so much fun to make! I love how projects like these give the kids an active role in making some of their own school supplies and a chance to show off their pretty artwork! They are perfect for back-to-school crafting fun!!

To make your own confetti stamped lunch bags, you will need a large stamp pad (we love this washable stamp pad from Melissa & Doug), a few pencils with new erasers, and some plain paper lunch bags.

Invite your child to stamp all over the lunch bag using the pencil erasers as stamps! We used a different pencil for each ink color. Quick tip — an easy way to remove stamp ink from hands is to use a baby wipe.

Wow! It’s like a party in a bag!! I’m pretty sure these festive lunch bags will make our packed lunches taste just a tiny bit better, don’t you think so? This was such a simple project, but it made my daughter so happy!

I especially love how each bag is unique, and there is really no wrong way to do this — lots of creative and crafty fun!!
