We love everything Melissa & Doug and own many of their products. One item we would LOVE to have is the Delux Puppet Theater. My girls received a set of puppets for Christmas and it came with a tabletop theater that is cardboard. They have played with it so much, they’ve worn it out! The Delux Puppet Theatre would be the perfect place for their puppet shows!

What, we have to choose just one? It’s so hard to narrow it down! We have alot of your toys and want to get so many more, but if the kids were to choose the next thing it would be the Birthday Party in a box. My kids (3 and 4 year old’s in my home based preschool) love to pretend birthday parties, we sing the birthday song all the time and they make pretend cakes in our play kitchen. Having the birthday cake with candles to cut and share with their friends would make their imaginative play even more meaningful!

When my son had physical therapy, the therapist had this toy and he would learn to walk up steps by taking pepperoni or mushrooms and carrying them up the steps to complete the pizza. In the end, he would slice it up and all of us would have a slice!

I ordered 3 puzzles for my 2yr old for christmas and he loves them!!! i didnt think that a someone who just turned 2 the end of october could do a 12 piece puzzle but thought what the heck ill get it anyway. It’s his favorite toy!!!! He needs no help at all with it either. He puts all the pieces together and takes it apart himself. i love the melissa & doug puzzles and so does he!!

My grandson (3 years old) would like any and all of the pretend food items! I think someday maybe he’ll be a chef! He has a kitchen and already has the Melissa and Doug Pizza, and Birthday cake. My other grandson has the “pound the ball” I don’t know the exact name of the toy but it has ramps, 4 balls, red, blue,yellow and green. He loves to hammer them and then they fall down the ramps. My granddaughter loves to get play food of any kind, it can keep her happy for hours.
ONE OTHER TOY I’D LOVE TO HAVE IS your Deluxe puppet theatre. I am a special needs preschool teacher and my students love puppets. My children immediately light up when I pull one out of our surprise box to use at cirlce time. It is so funny to see the way in which children relate to puppets. They especially enjoy our Melissa and Doug make your own monster puppet and our Melissa and Doug Dinosaur puppet. I would love to have the Melissa and Doug theatre to set up as a center in my classroom.

Great looking rain sets, any child would love. But mine really enjoy the craft kits, especially picture frames and mirrors. Not only to they get to make something special and get to show off their accomplishment-which I truly believe they enjoy more than anything! I’ve been looking at Chore Charts and just love the Magnetic Responsibility Chart. Its so colorful, has many “chores,” looks like it will be fun to watch fill up! I also think the dry erase board will come in handy for drawing big stars, flowers, special notes: Your Great reminders and I Love You messages. I’m sure my 4.5 year old niece will love using it.

I would love to see a knob on a puzzle that is in between the jumbo knob and the small red peg. Many teachers and special needs parents use these great puzzles but a medium knob would be great. Thank you for making great puzzles.. My son Elijah would love to have the Lacing beads in a box, they are a great developmental toy, wonderful to work on fine motor skills..

I am a mom of 2 and I never heard of Melissa and Doug until I had my son, he is 2 1/2 now. We are addicted to your stuff. I buy it for my son and all of the birthday parties we go to. Just picked up the wooden shapes for my nephew and the paintable dinos for my son. I buy at least 1-2 items a week. Thanks for making great quality and fun toys. One other toy I’d love to have is the train set on the multiactivity table.It’s great the way the train inspires pretend play and creativity and the table can be used to hold it and lots of other things. My children spend lot of time playing with blocks and doing art projects. The table is the perfect height for creative minds at work!

I first liked my Melissa and Doug blocks but these are now for the “baby”. So now I like to play with my vegetables and fruits. My 5 year-old son Nikolas would LOVE to have your Abacus!! He goes to kindergarten this coming fall and is fascinated with learning. He loves to count and spell and enjoys doing his “homework” after nursery school. He aims to please in everything he does!!!
I have four wonderful little granddaughters, ages 7 down to almost a year. I love these toys!! I have been buying the play food sets for each family. I feel they could become heirloom toys. (But it is probably best to pass them on to families without the resources to purchase them.)
The next set I am going to buy is the Ice Cream Parlor set.
I don’t live near them and cannot see them open the present, nor play with them, but I am assured by their mothers that these Melissa and Doug toys are a rousing success, and played with repeatedly.
